Punggol 21

Today i went to Toa Payoh.
To buy flat? No. I'm not eligible. but i'm there to Look at flats.



This is the NEW flats that will be launch at Punggol in the next few year.
How's the design?

This is how Blk 200 plus looks like in the future.
( not the blk 200 plus that are currently situated at punggol )

Erm there is a total of 13 blocks for this series.
highest level is 16 or 17 ( not very sure =X )

Basically it's about the same.
.the roofgarden is on the top level of the carpark.
.the carpark is connected to individual blocks.
.the blocks are surrounded with lrt tracks.

anyway uncle chen thought that i was there to buy house.

then i tell him i'm a student. he thought that i'm a university student.

am i that old? min. age buy flat is 21 wor~

maybe it's because i went there alone? there's no 1 around my age walking around that area.

some background information [condition for buying a flat]

1) citizenship- must be a Singaporean

2) Age- at least 21

3) Family- must have a proper family nucleus

4) Income (gross income)- 2room: not more than $2 000 -3room: not more than $3 000 -4room: not more than $12 000
